Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of sales growth, liquidity and leverage on financial distress by focusing on manufacturing sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with a research period of 2020-2022. The data used is secondary data in the form of annual financial reports. The population in this study are manufacturing sector companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The sampling technique used was the purposive sampling method and 102 companies were obtained with a total of 306 samples. Hypothesis testing was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis using the bootstrapping method. The research results show that sales growth, liquidity and leverage ratios have no effect on financial distress. Keywords: Sales Growth, Liquidity, Leverage, Financial Distress
