Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of e-commerce, fintech and social media on the income of MSMEs in Palembang City. This type of research is quantitative research. The data used is primary data in the form of data obtained from filling out questionnaires online. The population of this research is all MSMEs in the city of Palembang as samples. The sample determination method uses a purposive sampling technique, namely with all criteria that meet the sample criteria. The data analysis technique used is a multiple regression model by looking at the determinant coefficients, F test and t test using SPSS version 26. The results of this study show that the variables e-commerce, fintech have an effect on MSME income in Palembang City, while social media has no effect on MSME income. in Palembang City.
