Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of profitability, financial leverage and ownership structure on dividend policy in manufacturing companies listed on the IDX in 2019 - 2022. This type of research is quantitative research. The data used is secondary data in the form of company annual reports which have been designated as samples and can be accessed via the Indonesia Stock Exchange website. The population in this research are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019 - 2022. with the manufacturing sector as the research sample. The sampling method uses a purposive sampling technique, namely using the criteria for manufacturing sector companies listed on the IDX that are still surviving in 2019-2022 and all companies that meet the sample criteria. The data analysis technique used is a multiple regression model by looking at the determinant coefficients, F test and t test using SPSS version 22. The results of this study show that the profitability variable has an effect on dividend policy, while financial leverage and managerial ownership have no effect on dividend policy.
