Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment and individual characteristics on the performance all employees of CV . Guna Artha Sejahtera. Research data obtained through questionnaires that have been collected as many as 55 questionnaires from all employees of CV. Guna Artha Sejahtera's . The population in this study were all employees of CV. Guna Artha Sejahtera. The sample collection technique uses saturated samples. The method used is multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS 26 for windows program. The results showed that the work environment has a significant effect on employee performance and individual characteristics also have a significant effect on employee performance.
