Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of political connections, company size, and managerial ownership structure on company performance by focusing on manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with a research period of 2020-2022. The data used is secondary data. The population in this study is manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with a sampling technique using purposive sampling obtained by 115 companies with a total sample of 345. Hypothesis testing was carried out by multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS program version 22. The results of this study are: political connection and managerial ownership structure do not have a significant effect on company performance, while for company size has a positive effect on company performance.
