Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of factors that affect the debt policy of infrastructure sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020-2022. The research conducted is quantitative research. The data used in the research is secondary data sourced from the Indonesia Stock Exchange website and related companies. The population of this study are companies engaged in the infrastructure sector and listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Sampling is based on purposive sampling technique in accordance with the criteria of infrastructure companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020-2022. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS application. The results of this study indicate that there is no effect of business risk, tangibility, blockholder ownership, and institutional ownership on corporate debt policy.
