Abstract

This study aims to determine the effects of political connection and gender diversity on corporate performance. Theory used in this research is Resource Dependence Theory. Population in this study is a sector consumer cyclicals company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2020-2022 in main board. There are 88 observations fis as sample, which are taken by using purposive sampling method. Date are processed by applying the multiple linear regression test. The result show that the political connection and gender diversity has no significant effect on corporate performance.
