Abstract
This study aims to determine the effectiveness and efficiency of human resource manajement audit at a private hospital’s in the Palembang city. In this study, a population which is private hospital’s in the Palembang city. Samples were determined by using a porposive sampling methods. The sample obtained was as much 16 hospital’s. Testing the description using frequency test with the help SPSS versi 17.0. The test result showed that of the 9 human resource function 1 among them is function giver compensation still weak level of effectiveness and efficiency. While the 8 human resource function be effective and efficient in the private hospital’s Palembang city.
