Abstract
Humans have many main needs that must be met to achieve prosperity, one of which is a place to live. A place where it can provide shade from the hot sun and protect it from rainwater and is a comfortable place to live. A house that is inhabited requires a design so that the house meets your wishes and is safe, because it has been designed beforehand. The house you live in has several installations that are able to support the condition of the house, such as clean water installations, dirty water installations and electricity networks. One of the companies operating in the contractor sector providing planning, design and construction of residential homes is PT. Globalindo Perkasa Perdana (Jakarta), which has been involved in the world of architectural and contractor services for quite a long time. This company is of course very experienced and professional in carrying out its work, the work that has been carried out by PT. Globalindo Perkasa Perdana has spread across various cities in Indonesia such as Jakarta, Bogor and Bandung
