Abstract

This study aims to discuss user acceptance of the MyPertamina application in the city of Palembang, raising this topic because there are problems, namely the application often experiences errors, the barcode scan often fails, the session often ends and must be re-logined, data input fails, application loading and the process of scanning barcodes takes a long time and many annoying ads. This study uses the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) 3 with 17 variables. The sampling technique uses the Lameshow formula with 100 respondents. The results of this study, namely from a total of 26 hypotheses tested, 17 hypotheses were accepted and 9 hypotheses were rejected, namely subjective norm variables, image, job relevance, result of demonstrability, perceived ease of use, job relevance moderated by output quality affecting perceived usefulness, computer self-efficacy variables. , perception of external control, computer playfulness, perceived enjoyment, objective usability affect perceived ease of use, subjective norm variables affect image, subjective norm variables, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, subjective norm moderated experience, perceived ease of use moderated experience influence behavioral intention and behavioral intention variables influence use behavior. The variable computer anxiety, perceived enjoyment, computer anxiety is moderated experience, computer playfulness is moderated experience, perceived enjoyment is moderated experience, objective usability is moderated experience does not affect perceived ease of use and the variable subjective norm is moderated experience does not affect behavioral intention.
