Abstract

Snakes and ladders game is a game that is liked by elementary school students. Learning mathematics using snakes and ladders media can motivate students to learn to develop their abilities by involving students actively in learning. Learning by playing can provide opportunities for students to explore, discover for themselves, practice and get various concepts. The development of snakes and ladders media in the process of learning mathematics can be an interesting alternative media to apply. This is reinforced by the results of students' knowledge before and after using snake ladder media. Media snakes and ladders is a medium that is very interesting for students and stimulate understanding of students' knowledge for mathematics.
