Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to analyze the effect of capital structure, growth, profitability, and firm size on firm value ini manufacturing companies at Indonesia Stock Exchange (ISE) period 2011-2013. The population in this research is all of the manufacturing companies that listed on ISE which samples are determined by using purposive sampling method dan 29 manufacturing companies has selected to be samples ini this research. Hypothesis testing is using multiple regression analysis with software SPSS Statistics 17.0. result of from this research are: the first hypothesis (H1) capital structure proven has not a significance positive effect to firm value. Second hypothesis (H2) growth proven has a significance positive effect to firm value. Third hypothesis (H3) profitability proven has a significance positive to firm value. Fourth hypothesis (H) firm size proven has not a significance to firm value. Keywords: capital structure, growth, profitability, firm size, and firm value.
