Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Worker Orientation on Teacher performance in Hosanna School Palembang.Population in this research is all teachers of Hosanna School located in Palembang City. Samples of research are as many as 32 respondents. Sampling technique using Sampling saturated / census. The analytical techniques used to process the data are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, and simple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 21.0 program. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive effect of work orientation variables on the performance of Palembang Hosanna School. Benefits for other research as reference and subsequent research refrence. Keywords: Work Orientation, Employee Performance
