Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of organizational culture on the employee performance part of office in PT Sriwijaya Palm Oil Palembang. The sample used in this research is 60 employees part of office in PT Sriwijaya Palm Oil Palembang with the method saturated sampling. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection using questionnaires and hypothesis testing were analyzed using simple linear regression used SPSS 22 program. The results obtained showed that organizational culture variables have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employee performance part of office in PT. Sriwijaya Palm Oil Palembang. The benefits of this research are as a reference and supporting materials for similar research topics that will be done, that is related to organizational culture and performance.
