Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of e-service quality and price on Maxim's online motorcycle taxi customer satisfaction. The data used is primary data. The population in this study are users of Maxim's online transportation service. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling method and obtained a total sample of 100 samples. Hypothesis testing is done by multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that e-service quality and price have a positive and significant impact on Maxim's online motorcycle taxi customer satisfaction Keywords: E-Service Quality, Price, Customer Satisfaction
