Abstract
ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of work-life balance and burnout on job satisfaction of generation z teller employees in Palembang City. The population in this study is the z generation of bank teller employees in Palembang City. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling with a sample of 105 respondents. Data analysis techniques used include t test, F test and multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that work-life balance has a positive and significant effect on the job satisfaction of the z generation teller employees in Palembang City, burnout has a negative and insignificant effect on the job satisfaction of the z generation teller employees in Palembang City. Work-life balance and burnout have a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction of generation z teller employees in Palembang City.
