Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, dan perceived risk ont the Intention To Use mobile banking by focusing on MSMEs in Palembang City. This study uses quantitative methods and primary data types. The population in this study are MSMEs in the city of Palembang. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling and was obtained by distributing questionnaires to 112 respondents. Analysis of the data used in the research were: descriptive statistical analysis, research instrument testing, classic assumption testing and hypothesis testing. The results showed that perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and perceived risk had a positive and significant effect on intention to use mobile banking for MSMEs in Palembang City.
