Abstract
This research attempts to examine the effect of the democratic leadership style on employee performance on PT. Telkom Kenten Palembang. The population used in this research were 32 respondents with purposive sampling method. Hypothesis testing using simple linear regression analysis using SPSS Software support for windows 23. The test results said that the democratic leadership style have a positive significant effect on employee performance. Keywords : Democratic leadership and employee performance
