Abstract

During the Covid-19 peroid, there was a decrease in the absorption of the workforce which resulted in career anxiety in final year students. This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between career and career anxiety in final year students. This research is a quantitative research which means research in the form of numbers and analysis using statistics with data analysis using Product Moment. The subjects in this study were final year students with the criteria not being in an internship, not in college and not participating in a student exchange program. This research was conducted in various stages, the first is the normality test in this study using the one sample Kolmogorof-Smirnov Test. Testing the data is said to be normal Asymp.sig is more than 0.5, and from the results of this study Asymp.sig career maturity is 0.194 and career anxiety is 0.145 which means normal testing. The two linearity tests that get results are linear but not ideal. The three hypothesis tests using the product moment are known to have a sig value of 0.000 (P <0.05), meaning that there is a relationship between career maturity and career anxiety in final year students.
