Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of the number of workers, the amount of capital, the volume of production on the level of profit in MSMEs running in the culinary sector, especially in the city of Palembang. The data used is primary data. Sampling technique using purposive sampling technique and obtained a sample of 98 samples that can be processed. The data analysis technique used is the classical assumption test and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that the number of workers, the amount of capital, the volume of production have a significant positive effect on the level of profit earned by the culinary sector MSMEs in Palembang City.
