Abstract

CV. Kasih Abadi has not had the supporting system of hiring new employee and job promotion, therefore those performaces are still conducted manually. Final report with title "Constructing Supporting System of Hiring New Employee and Job Promotion Decision in CV. Kasih Abadi using Method of AHP" has the objective to make supporting system of decision making of hiring new employee and job promotion using method of AHP which able to assist the process of selecting the justified employee precisely. Method of writing used is method of Waterfall which conducting interview and relevant books to collecting the information. The result obtained is the system is able to do calculation of comparison point using method of AHP and able to show the graphic of comparison. The conclusion is the system which has been created can be used to conduct hiring new employee and job promotion and it is suggested that CV. Kasih Abadi can use supporting system of hiring new employee and job promotion decision making in conducting selection of the suitable employee so that it is not done manually anymore.
