Abstract

ABSTRACT This empirical research conducted 2018, is intended to test the hyphothesis about the influences of performance measurement system and TQM interaction and the reward system and TQM interaction to managerial performance of new/second car’s showroom in Palembang city. The data was collected by distributing questionnaires with purposive sampling.Samples used in this study are sales manager with 61 total samples. The method analysis used in this study is multiple regression analysis. From the result of multiple regression analysis, performance measurement system and TQM have no significant influence dan reward system and TQM have no significant influence to the managerial performance. Keywords: Total Quality Management (TQM), performance measurement system, system reward, managerial performance.
