Abstract

Clarissa Sanjaya. Total Quality Management Managerial Performance Against Colleges and Hospital in Palembang (Under Guidance M.Y. Mr. Dedi Haryanto, S.E, M.Sc.) This study aims to determine the effect of the Total Quality Management Managerial Performance Colleges and Hospitals in the city of Palembang. The sample in this research were taken from Head Of Department on Field Study and Secretary of Study on Colleges, while in the hospital is the Head of HRD, Chief Financial Officer, Chief of Staff of Medical Functional, Head of Logistics, Head of Medical Support, Head of the Medical Supplies and Non-Medical, Chief General and Operations, Head of Medical Services, the Head of Nursing and Head Installation using purposive sampling technique. The research sample has obtained as many as 76 managers from 14 institutions. Questionnaire data were tested using multiple linear regression model using SPSS ver 21. Results of this study is hypothesis that state from The “Total Quality Management effect on managerial performance”. Keywords : Total Quality Management, Managerial Performance, Colleges, Hospitals
