Abstract

This research was aimed to test the effect of accounting management system, performance measuring system, reward system toward managerial performance. The population in this research was a leasing company in Palembang city and the research samples were the manager and the division head of the Leasing company in Palembang city. The sample determination was done by using purposive sampling method, hence there were 95 persons as the sample. Analysis method which was used in this research was multiple regression analysis and the hypothesis test used was t test which was helped by SPSS Statistic 16 program. This research showed that (1) accounting management system took an effect toward the managerial performance (2) The performance measuring system took effect toward managerial performance (3) The reward system did not give any effects toward the managerial performance.
