Abstract
ABSTRACT This study aimed to examine the effect of job stress and communication to employees performance at PT. Bintang Suryasindo Palembang. The sample used in this study were 56 salesman. Hypothesis testing using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis using SPSS 16.0. These test results stating that 1) the negative effect of job stress and significant impact on the performance of employees, 2) the positive effect of communication and significant effect on the performance of employees, 3) the job stress and communication together affect on the performance of employees. Based on the adjusted R-square value of 0.130 means that 13.0% variable employee performance can be explained by the stress of work and communication, while the remaining 87.0% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
