Abstract

The purpose of this research is to test empirically the influence of the application of total quality management and organizational culture to innovative performance. The population in this research is a public bank in palembang. Samples of research set by using the method of purposive sampling. Samples are assigned as many as 13 companies of commercial banks with a total of 42 responden that meet the criteria of the study. Methods of analysis used was multiple linear regression analysis with the help of Statistik R 2.11.1. Research results on the first hypothesis suggest that application of the total quality management to innovative performance, declined. Mean while that second hypothesis states that the organizational culture influence on innovative performance, received.
