Abstract

This study aims to determine and prove the effect of testimonials, quality of information, and quality of service have an influence on purchasing decisions for mobile phones at Shopee e-commerce. The population in this study are people who use the Shopee application, and also the number of respondents in this study as many as 100 respondents. The analysis technique used in this study uses multiple regression analysis techniques. The test results in this study indicate that the testimonial variables, information quality and service quality have a significant and positive influence on purchasing decisions.
