Abstract
Physics is a science that requires a lot more understanding than memorization, the key to success in learning physics is the ability to wear the three main physics concepts, laws or principles, and theories. In the study of physics, the ability of understanding the concept of an absolute requirement for success in learning physics. Only by mastering physics physics concepts to solve all problems, both physical problems that exist in everyday life as well as physical problems in the form of physical problems at school. Interviews that have been done on SMP N 17 class VII Palembang is still low yields of student learning in physics, one factor is the emergence of problems due to lack of media and props, thus resulting in a lack of understanding and interest students in learning physics. Application learning tool is created and implemented using Adobe Flash CS 4 that works under Microsoft Windows operating systems. Multi-media teaching states of matter and heat constructivism approach to learning is a tool that can enhance students' understanding of a subject.
