Abstract

There is a fundamental problem faced by all casting decisions increase the department needs change data quickly and well. But with the availability of the system developed by Gap method using the computerized calculation of a decision problem can be minimized objective . The system will provide accurate results with the selection of the right person for the job candidate would like to be occupied by candidates. With so subjective nature will increasingly be lost and will be using the system objectively good and true. With a system that has made a lot of hope that the system can be expanded by using the algorithm increases departments. Until the system will be more accurate and stable in the determination of the department increases. With so offense adoption will increase the department getting smaller and better. The system is designed with web based php and sql database appserv.
