Abstract

This study aims to analyze and prove being the effect of perceived ease of use and perceived benefits on interest in using the Gopay e-wallet in the millennial generation in the city of Palembang. The data study used is primary data. The population in this study is the millennial generation living in the city of Palembang. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling method and 100 samples were obtained. Hypothesis testing is done by multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the perceived ease of use has a positive and significant effect on the interest in using the Gopay e-wallet and the perceived benefits has a positive and significant effect on the interest in using the Gopay e-wallet in the millennial generation in the city of Palembang.
