Abstract
This study aims to analyze what factors can affect the performance of automotive company employees, by increasing the talent management and knowledge management variables. The method of data collection in this study used a questionnaire instrument which was filled out by employees of automotive companies. Sampling using purposive sampling method with the criteria (1) Working as an employee of an automotive company in the city of Palembang, (2) Have worked for at least 1 year. This research method uses a feasibility test of the instrument including, validity test and reliability test. The data feasibility test consisted of normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis. Hypothesis test consisting of F test, t test and coefficient of determination (R2). The results of this study indicate that talent management has a positive effect on employee performance, knowledge management has a positive effect on employee performance, and talent management and knowledge management has a positive effect on employee performance.
