Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of ownership satisfaction to loyalty membership card in the CV. Bangun Warna Sejahtera. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents who are members of the membership card by using probability sampling and simple random sampling technique. The data processing method using validity and reliability test. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis, the coefficient of determination test, F test and T test result showed that the factors of satisfaction on the financial benefits, satisfaction with the ease of service, and satisfaction on the special services have significant positive effect on customer loyalty. The capability value of satisfaction variable in explaining customer loyalty variable is 42.1%.
