Abstract

ABSTRAK PERAN WORK INVOLVEMENT TEHADAP SELF EFFICACY PELAKU USAHA MIKRO DI PALEMBANG Oleh : Dra.Maria Fransisca Sri Sulistyawati,M.Si. NIDN.02.120359.01 Program Studi Manajemen, Fakultas Bisnis dan Akuntansi Universitas Katolik Musi Charitas Penelitian ini mencoba mengkaji dan menganalisis Peran Work Involvement Terhadap Self Efficacy, Pada Pelaku Usaha Mikro Kecil Di Palembang. Responden penelitian ini pelaku usaha mikro kecil Di Palembang. Teknik analisis menggunakan analisis kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Metode Penelitian adalah studi empiris. Teknik Pengambilan Sampel adalah convinience. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan dan diharapkan bisa bermanfaat untuk peningkatan keberhasilan para pelaku usaha mikro kecil. Bagi peneliti selanjutnya penelitian ini sebagai bahan informasi untuk penelitian selanjutnya, dengan mengkombinasi variabel lain diluar variabel-variabel yang telah diteliti. NIDN.02.120359.01 Management Study Program, Faculty of Business and Accounting Musi Charitas Catholic University This study tries to study and analyze the role of work involvement in self-efficacy, in small micro business operators in Palembang. The respondents of this study were micro small business operators in Palembang. The analysis technique uses quantitative and qualitative analysis. The research method is an empirical study. The sampling technique is convenience. The results of the study are regression of significan and expected to be useful for increasing the success of micro small business actors. For further researchers this study as information material for further research, by combining other variables beyond the variables that have been studied.
