Abstract

ABSTRAK Adi Panglong merupakan salah satu usaha yang bergerak di bidang perkayuan. Setiap pekerjaan yang dilakukan secara manual, pekerja pasti mengalami kelelahan dan cedera pada bagian tubuhnya sama juga hal nya dengan industri Adi Panglong yang beralamat di Jalan TPA II Keramasan Kertapati Palembang, bahwa para pekerja pengangkatan balok kayu secara manual pasti banyak sekali mengalami cidera pada bagian tubuhnya tujuan penelitian ini menghitung beban pekerja dibagian muat balok kayu di mesin potong dengan metode RWL, menganalisa dan mengimplementasikan level resiko postur kerja operator dan penerapan setelah metode REBA, dan meningkatkan produktivitas. Metode yang digunakan RWL dan REBA. Hasil perhitungan RWL 1,2,3,4 dan 5 menunjukan LI>3 pada hasil penghitungan REBA pada operator 1,2,3,4 dan 5 menunjukan hasil skor 13 berada pada level 4. Dan hasil implementasi pada RWL dari operator 4 menunjukan LI>1. Hasil implementasi perhitungan REBA menunjukan hasil skor 4 berada pada level 2. Dan hasil perhitungan produktivitas mengalami peningatan sebesar 25%. Dari hasil perhitungan implementasi RWL dan REBA pada setiap operator akan menunjukan hasil resiko cidera. Kata Kunci: RWL, REBA, Resiko Cidera ABSTRACT Adi Panglong is one of the businesses engaged in wood. Every job is done manually, workers must experience fatigue and injury to their bodies as well as the industry of Adi Panglong, located on Jalan TPA II Keramasan Kertapati Palembang, that workers who lift wooden beams manually must have suffered many injuries to their bodies. the purpose of this study is to calculate the workload of workers in the loading section of wood beams in a cutting machine with the RWL method, analyze and apply the level of risk posture and operator work applications after the REBA method, and increase productivity. The RWL method, analyzes the level of risk of the operator's work posture and the application of the REBA method. The method used is RWL and REBA. The calculation results of RWL 1,2,3,4 and 5 show LI> 3 on the results of REBA calculation on operators 1,2,3,4 and 5 show the results of score 13 are in level 4. And the results of RWL implementation of operator 4 show LI > 1. The results of the implementation of the REBA calculation show the results of a score of 4 are at level 2. And the results of the productivity calculation experience a reminder of 25%. from the results of RWL and REBA recommendations, each operator will indicate the risk of injury Keywords : RWL, REBA, Injury Risk
