Abstract

The research was conducted at PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur.Tbk company which engaged in the processed food industry / instant noodles. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between motivation which consists of the factors causing satisfaction and dissatisfaction factors of employee’s morale, as seen from the factors of salary, spiritual fulfillment, a sense of security for the future, involve employees in decision-making, perks given company, the work atmosphere, employee placement, and the award of the employee. This study took a sample of employees in the production of Line 1 section whom populated about 72 people. Then from the sample, 40 people was randomly drawn which was given questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used in this study is the Pearson correlation test and t test. Based on the analysis concluded that the motivation which consists of the factors causing satisfaction and dissatisfaction factors have a strong relationship of closeness to the morale of employees by 62%, especially in the production employees at the PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur.Tbk
