Abstract
This study discusses the influence of organizational climate in Palembang Bumiputera Life Insurance Co of the work performance of employees. The population in this study were employees of Life Insurance Joint Bumiputera. The process of collecting data in this study using a questionnaire. The number of samples in this study were as many as 40 people were selected using random sampling techniques. The results showed that organizational climate has a significant effect on work performance of employees in the Insurance Bumiputera. The amount of influence exerted by the percentage of organizational climate on employee work performance that is equal to 25.2% while the remaining 74.8% influenced by other factors outside of the organizational climate.
