Abstract

In general, productivity is defined as the relationship between the output of a process with the inputs used to produce output. CV Natural is the industry engaged in manufacturing wood manufactures mats. Since the last few months a decline in output wooden carpet products in October 2011 to September 2012. Based on data from the production company's management report showed a decline of about 10-20% for each month. The study aims to determine the productivity measurement productivity index, factors affecting, and the proposed revisions to the production department wooden carpet CV Natural to increase productivity. Measuring productivity using the Marvin E. Mundell. Highest productivity index depreciated by 131.02% and the lowest was 82.27.
