Abstract

The coffee is one commodity that promises to South Sumatra Province but still a little community who know about coffee education especially the community of Palembang, whereas coffee is something that is very much sought after in many person. So coffee was supposed to be developed in all sectors both in the field of economy, culture, tourism or education. Palembang, South Sumatra Coffee Center is a container or place of education introduction about coffee. The introduction of coffee plantations directly, introduction to the way the processing of coffee beans into the coffee is ready, the introduction of the history of brewed coffee, roasting machines, milling machines, and until the introduction of the process stages making coffee with a variety of different ways. With the establishment of Coffee Centre in Palembang is expected to be a useful educational containers of coffee introduction for many people especially community of Palembang.
