Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of workload and burnout on the performance of Indomaret 24-hour employees in Palembang City. The study focuses on employees who work in shift systems at Indomaret outlets operating on a 24-hour basis. The data used in this study are primary data collected through the distribution of questionnaires to employees. The population of this study consists of all 24-hour Indomaret employees in Palembang City, with the sampling technique applied being purposive sampling and a total of 125 respondents. Hypothesis testing was conducted using multiple regression analysis. The results indicate that workload and burnout have a significant effect on the performance of 24-hour Indomaret employees in Palembang City.
