Abstract

This research has a purpose to determine the effect of work stress and leadership on employee performance on CV. Popular Palembang. The population used in this study as many as 32 employees CV. Popular Palembang with census method. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Analysis of data used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 20. The results showed that work stress variable has no significant effect on employee performance CV. Popular Palembang. While leadership variables have a significant effect on employee performance on CV. Popular Palembang.
