Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness on customer satisfaction in utilizing the Self-Ordering Application of Mie Gacoan. A quantitative research method was employed using a survey approach. The sample consisted of 141 respondents who had used the self-ordering application at least twice within the past month. The findings reveal that both perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness have a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction.
