Abstract

PT. Pupuk Sriwdijaja is a large industry producing urea fertilizer and liquid ammonia. In this study focuses on the bagging section, where the work still done manualy by workers. At the end of the bagging section which is the transfer of the pouch of fertilizer to the pallet, it is seen that the worker working with body bent with angle 41o . By using REBA RULA analyzed the worker's posture to know the risk of ergonomics that existed and obtain the conclusions from the RULA method resulted in a score of 7 which means it should be done further and better, and for the results obtained from the REBA method resulted in a score of 7 which means Medium Risk, need additional, and then
