Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of technostress and work-family conflict on employee well-being of lecturers who teach at private universities in Palembang City. The number of respondents in this study was 100 lecturers who were selected based on certain criteria, such as being a permanent lecturer in the LLDIKTI II region, having 2 years of work experience, being active in using technology in academic activities and having family responsibilities. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using quantitative methods. The results of the study showed that technostress had a negative but insignificant influence on employee well-being of lecturers. On the other hand, work-family conflict has been shown to have a negative and significant effect on employee well-being.
