Abstract

This research aim is to evaluate the influence of the work supervision to ward the teacher’s performance at Baptis Elementary school and Kindergarten Palembang. The sampel from this research are 55 respondens. The sampel technique from this researchis the surfeited sample / census sample. The hypothesis evaluation using the simple analyze of linier regression using the SPSS 16,0 program. Data analysis technique used is simple regression analysis to determine the effect of work monitoring the performance of elementary school teachers and kindergarten Baptist Palembang.. It can be explained with the work supervision’s variable. The result from the evaluation that the work supervision has the positive influence and significance with the teacher’s performance at Baptis elementary school and kindergarten Palembang.
