Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of self-efficacy and organizational commitment on Organizational Citizenship Behavior in expedition companies in the city of Palembang. Sampling using purposive sampling technique with a total of 110 respondents. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. Then in this study the data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that self-efficacy and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior.
