Abstract

The study aimed to examine the effect of labor discipline to teachers and employee performance in the Xaverius 2 Senior High School Palembang. The subject of this study amounted to 44 people consisting of teachers, administrators, and employees at Xaverius 2 Senior High School Palembang. Hypothesis testing using Simple Linear Regression Analysis using SPSS 20.0. Result of this test state that labor discipline give positive significant effect on the performance of teachers and employees. Based on the adjusted R square value of 0,573, which means that 57,3% variable performance can be explained by the variable labor discipline, while the remaining 42,7% is influenced by other variable not examined in this study.
