Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of occupational safety and health on labor productivity in the harvest section at PT. Hindoli Estate Sungai Pelepah Musi Banyuasin. The population in this study were all workers at the company's part of the harvest PT.Hindoli Estate Sungai Pelepah Musi Banyuasin. The data collection technique used was questionnaire distributed to 100 respondents. Analyze technique used was multiple regression which treated by SPSS (Software Special Package and Service Solution) Version 20.00. The results showed the influence of Safety and Health at work against the employee's productivity Section Harvest In Hindoli Estate Pelepah River Musi Banyuasin. Amounted for 74,3% and the remaining 25,7% productivity Section Harvest In Hindoli Estate Pelepah River Musi Banyuasin was effected by other variable except safety and health.
