Abstract

This study aims to empirically prove whether Brand Trust and Product Quality affect the Repurchase Intention of Bioaqua Products. This study uses a quantitative approach with the population in this study being users of Bioaqua products. The sample size was taken as many as 100 respondents, with a non-probability sampling method and purposive sampling technique. The results of the study prove that (1) brand trust has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intentions, (2) product quality has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intentions. With the coefficient of determination obtained from the Adjusted R^2value of 0.538, which means that 53.8% of the repurchase intention variable can be explained by the brand trust and product quality variables while the remaining 46.2% is explained by other variables outside the scope of this study.
