Abstract
This research aims to determine whether there is an influence between job satisfaction and job burnout on turnover intention in private banking employees in Palembang city. The types of data in this study is primary data. The population in this study were private banking sector employees in the city of Palembang, with 135 respondents. The data analysis technique in this study is multiple linear regression analysis The sample collection technique used was purposive sampling. The results of the study showed that the job satisfaction variable had a significant negative effect on turnover intention. In addition, the job burnout variable obtained significant positive results on turnover intention in private banking sector employees in the city of Palembang.
