Abstract
Indonesia's industrialization, especially in Palembang and South Sumatra, has been propelled by globalization. PT Timur Jaya Plasindo's Belida plastic has satisfied the demands of the regional market with its robust character and high quality. The product is widely utilized for many different things, such as domestic industries and food packaging. This study looks at how Belida Plastic customers' purchase intentions are correlated with their perception the brand. Purchase behavior is significantly influenced by a consumer's positive brand image. By maintaining product quality and cultivating a positive brand image, Plastic Belida has been able to attract more customers and increase purchase interest. Increased loyalty and purchase intention are correlated with positive brand perception, satisfied customers, and excellent service. These three interconnected elements have the power to sustainably increase product sales. It is anticipated that this research would shed light on the variables influencing consumer interest in purchasing as well as practical methods for managing brand image.
